★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, the Chinese lady and the Malay girl who sits in the counter are very rude, they don't even have the courtesy to tell to wait when they have 100s of parcel before the line to be packed. They just let everyone in the line to wait for hours without saying anything. The Malay girl is also extra rude by not explaining what should be done for the first time customer. She screams and shouts and throws the paper board to be filled by the customer. Highly not recommended service at bercham.

Seriously the worst courier service ever, i never leave reviews but this one is the worst and i dont know how they r still in business.
