★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was not professional AT ALL. The girl didn't assist me properly, and instead playing Tik Tok on phone. Please train customer service not to use phone for personal usage during working hours. Really bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Not professional. I went there yesterday (24/8/21) Tuesday at 3pm the service was bad. The female staff was not helping at all. Need to post out only 3 parcel but it took me an hour to complete all. The girl keep asking me to use online instead of key in my phone number to search my data even i told her that my internet data is very slow, inconsiderate . She doesn't assist me at all how to use the online application and thru WhatsApp application. She can barely wait for me and watch videos on her phone. Bad attitude. Wasting people time. She even doesn't explain why my parcel cannot reach within one day and then what for i go for jnt express and pay more if the parcel couldn't reach in one day time. I have to ask her if there any problem with the courier. She should be more responsible with her work. I hope jnt express Bercham please observe your staff, no personal device in working hours, and give proper training and please do take note about this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow the staff literally scammed me RM4. In the waybill the total is RM25.45 but he said "RM29.70". Amazing. I was rushing and he literally ripped me off? I managed to look at the bill in the car on my way to my office. No wonder he did not give me a receipt!
