Sbb itu saya suka&minat dgn J&T ini. Harap sngat hntar cepat yer! Brg itu amat pnting utk org sakit! Thanks yer!

β β β β β Like what mentioned by others, this particular JT Kampar branch doesnβt deserve to get even a single star. Holding a parcel for more than a week is ridiculous.. atleast they should given some valid reason or allow the recipient to arrange self-collection if they are not able to deliver.. this single branch will create a bad impression on J&T service overall! J&T HQ should take note on this and give some solution towards this branch which is not worth for its bad/poor services.

β β β β β J&T Kampar, parcel exited KL on 4th March now is 12 March and no update(big parcel). They intentionally do not scan the parcel so that we won't know that it has arrived at this branch. My other parcel(small parcel) also did not get updated and is delivered without officially entering Kampar. Words from their part-time employee are that their upper management is cutting pay to their workers resulting in mass resignation. As of now 12/3/2022 only part-timer are working and they are using personal vehicles to deliver so small parcel will still get delivered but large one will be on hold till they somehow get employees who can drive trucks.

Waste my fkn time go n ask and they tell me wait for tmr to be delivered , next day status already delivered but evidence reach they write in marker pen "hari ni tak sempat , esok akan hantar harap maaf" what is this ? Its only 11 am in the morning why cannot send . Pls report this jnt

β β β β β More than 5 days d.. my parcel is in kampar NVR move out . Wen cal no one answer.. when went to other branches they can't help us.. I need the parcel urgently.. but dun no what to do.. when email to j&t the email no reply.. very disappointed..

I don't know what audacity you had to kena kan customer macam ni but your business is clearly tk ikhlas, and the worst i've ever encountered. Call tk angkat, hq pun orang call angkat sekejap end balik. what in the world is the matter with you

β β β β β This place and company does not even deserve 1 star. Hotline 24 hours to the drain. Call hundred times also no answer, email no response, chat also bot replies useless answers. Parcel stuck in Kampar transit for days. Wanted to verify whether parcel is there so I can drive myself to pick up but nope, no one will ever answer the call. It suprises me that this company is still holding strong despite it's bad reputation. Going to specificaly request sellers to not use J&T to send my parcels. Uncountable similar incidents in the past.

β β β β β I would give zero stars if able. This is easily the worst branch of J&T I have ever encountered. They hold up your parcel for almost a week everytime and refuse to let you self-collect even if you go there. Horrible. Customer service is equally as bad. Fails to resolve any of my problems and instead tells me to wait in hope that they send my parcel out. I wish this place closes down. 0/5 horrible.
