★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know what the problem is with this warehouse..other warehouses are good because the goods arrive quickly. if the goods drop near 311 until you want to delay the goods for too long. I urgently want to use the goods. it's been more than a week, the goods have not been sent yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcel to my receiver stuck at this premise since Monday 4 Apr 22 at 3.11 am. Now it’s already 8 Apr 22, for 5 days & no progress of delivery at all. Worse, the parcel suddenly being transited back to Kuala Lumpur? When the receiver address is in Klang? Can’t believe it at all. Tried to call the premise but no answer. Even tried to call hotline for the area got no answer as well. Chat live also no use. Gosh, so worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Updated the tracking that receiver must self collect at CDC itself, but went there around 1.20pm saying they closed for today. Minta self collect but bila pergi sana mintak dtg balik next day. You think we are so free is it? Why are we paying you when you people expect us to collect by ourselves and making it so inconvenience. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was supposed to receive a parcel from KLIA, where it was picked up on the 8th of April. From the 10 to 14 April J&T tracking indicated failed delivery attempts. Could not reach them by phone I went to CDC 311, the place was like it was bombed by the Russian. They could not locate customer's parcels and failed to locate mine as well. Please never use J&T Express in the future. The company is collapsing with whatever scheme they were using.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst courier service ever . I’ve been calling the customer service for about 3 days and no answer and claiming they are currently facing high parcel volumes. Like WTH ! When you don’t deliver the parcels on time of course you will be facing high parcel volume . I don’t know why still some sellers are still using J & T to ship our item . It’s been 3 weeks I’ve ordered the item and still it’s not delivered . Such a disappointment. If the staff are professional enough there wouldn’t be any routing code issues .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ See, the problem with this place is the untidiness, that's all.
They literally kept on taking in packages and parcels until the main counter was also full of parcels. No air cond on the counter.
Honestly the people that complained about this place is because they are expecting a 5 star service provided by the cheapest delivery service option in Malaysia.
If your stuff is missing here, chances are they're gonna let you know where the parcel actually went to in another warehouse. If however really is missing, I guess you just pray to God.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience a very bad service provided by this branch for few times. If not Lazada / Shopee assign J&T for me, I will definitely not to choose J&T. It doesnt provide service to my area, however, they always tell the sender that they have delivery to my area. Ok fine. But my parcel has been on hold for so many days, no one call and notify me that my parcel was being on hold, wait until the parcel was shipped back to the sender. For every branches of J&T, If you dont provide service to certain area, just tell the sender honestly. Second, if on hold, please call the receipient to change the address or arrange for self-collect. That's all. Please be responsible for every customer and every parcel, WE PAID FOR IT
