★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the house was definitely occupied the whole day, on the day J&T Putrajaya claimed the delivery attempt was made. No ringing bell.....no notice informing the delivery attempt was made. I believe there was no actual delivery attempt was made.
When a call was made to the hub, a promise was made to return a call to arrange for another delivery date. However, no return call. Had to go to the hub to collect the package and met a few people there complaining the same issue.
Really unacceptable.
I wish the management will try to improve and issue in Putrajaya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have used their mailing services about dozens on time and all arrived on time. Process is quite fast now when you've the app and prefilled the address before reaching the counter. Just flash the barcode and done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have a parcel stuck for days. Start from 15/7/21, from CDC Putrajaya they sent to LDC Cyberjaya then sent back to Putrajaya back to back in almost 20days. Only get my parcel today from J&T Cyberjaya. My parcel broken, they just plaster it and arrived not in complete item. Box parcel already damage. Willing to self pick - up but call them also don't pick up. If they have a COVID issue at the very least make yourself contactable.
