★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now I understand why the rating so bad for this outlet…. Already see so many bad reviews still want to go … hai silly me.
Not allow print waybill even i willing to pay for it. “They claim this outlet not the same than other J&T outlet.” So True … really not the same very Lazyyy …
I won’t go there anymore even is just 5min drive from my house … rather drive 12min to OUG Parklane with 5 star service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff and extremely inefficient service since there's staff at the back but they didn't even push them to the front of counter during peak hours. The way they speak to you is extremely unprofessional and will toss the sticker in front of you and let you stick it on the parcel yourself. Might as well drive further to Puchong Jaya branch.

this J&T Puchong, BK5..
this Staff is extemely rude and do not wear mask when working and walking around scolding walk in customer especially elders because they do not know how to use whatsapp and drop order!
dont care is he a carrier of covid not, HQ close and sanitise this branch and sack that staff!
please take this serious! this branch will get fine 50k any time or be cluster any time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving this place my highest rating out of all the J&T branch I've been to. Reasons are that they provide a station where you can DIY your wrapping of your item to your satisfaction. Very responsive services. Didn't have to wait too long for my turn. I would say that they have very friendly staff compared to some branch. Definitely one of my favourite place to do my courier needs.

I came at 7.50pm. Turns out the new closing time is 7.30pm, usually they close at 8pm. The staff switched on the computer back and processed my parcel. So sweet of him.
