★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was unfriendly. You really should have send your front line for training. What kind of services that you guys actually try to sell? First you asked whether my document is original or not, in what reason that you guys have to know that? then she points out the worst case scenario best i summarize with 'kalau HILANG KAMI TAK TANGGUNG sebab tu kami tak ambil document original hanya copy' and then i asked her how long will it take to reach the document to the destination and she replies ' dalam 2-3 hari kami tak janji' you seriously need to have straighten up your core values as a courier service provider. Don't call yourself express if i got stuck on the front line already which i ended up not using your courier cause i'm afraid the consequences it might get lost and you guys doesn't want to take any responsibilities out of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my first time here as i need to drop my shopee item. the young girl with glasses answer my queries very detail and patient. i also witnessed her attending the other customers with the same respect tho she was working alone at that time near closing d. keep up the good work and i hope other front liners there can work as good as her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good alternative to PosLaju. Their business hours is more long. Their location is easily accessible and the charge is also affordable. Just that they count and rounded the dimension up, means you'll pay more, always. This location also need to be expanded since more customers likely have to queue outside since only one staff at the counter.
