★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J&T is a good courier service and more dependable than PosLaju at times like this. However, this person working the front desk at J&T Bandar Tasik Puteri should be reprimanded. Dealing with customers directly, he ought to be friendly and helpful. However, he was the opposite. He didn't even greet me. Didn't smile, but instead put up a sour face that should be slapped around a few times. He blatantly ignored a few of my questions about shipping times, as if I was talking to a wall. I hope the management deals with this employee appropriately. The next time I come in, I will surely be looking around for this person and see if he has improved his manners.
