Now, we already hire part time to clear all delay parcel.However, we expected delay 3-5 days due to current part time efficiency lower than permanent dispatcher. We hope your side can understand our situation and give us extra 3-5 days to deliver your parcels. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Stay safe all."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My item stucked in j&t 608 more than a week. Request for refund in shopee due to after due date and suddenly the j&t update status that item has been delivered but infact it is not. Now they are giving me difficulty to follow up and request for refund may be disputed. The way this company doing business is no ethical at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know why the heck Shopee sellers pick J&T..? From JB reach here within 1 day. But 5 days no movement from 608.. I don’t know about other branches. But 608 definitely have problem. pls close the shop if you don’t know how to do business.
