β β β β β Lousy warehouse. Call your hotline and it was transferred here but no one pickup for two days. Had to self collect item here. Looking at the pending parcels loaded off here it tells that J&T is understaff..pls arrange for redelivery instead of making recipient come for pickups, or pickup the call when we want to arrange a redelivery

β β β β β The worst service ever. I have to wait almost one hour plus to collect my parcel. Two ladies at the reception area just don't care about customers who standing outside for so long. I know your courier gives the cheapest price to deliver goods but don't treat your customers like a rubbish. Should blame Shoppe for always using J & T just because it's give cheap and poor services. Regretting!

This is the new warehouse for LDC 608. Tentatively, the arrangements are that large parcels will go to the address stated above. Smaller parcels will be sent to 12, Jalan Bulan U5/BQ.
Hope this helps to prevent you wasting your time like poor me...
