But their attitude is worse... Im speechless about it... No more self pick up...

โ โ โ โ โ Worse service ever...barang dh sampai dekat seminggu but bnyak alasan bila call office.. Please have a proper excuses when you want your customer to understand you.. Hope you can change your attitude???

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered an item from Kuantan, took only 1 day to reach Alor Setar (thumbs up for this). However now already 4 days at this branch still not reach my house which is only 10 minutes drive, call also no answer, very disappointed, management should be more aware of this, give very bad rating for j&t

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad service. J&t tandop not recommended. Waiting too long to receive a percel especially big percel (box, etc). When client walk into their branch and waiting (line up) for a long time to self-collect they said can't pickup cause a lot of percel in their store and they didn't have a staff to find it. They said client have to go home and waiting their despatch to send out our percel. Everyday the same thing was happened but they didn't take any action and solution to solve it.
What i saw is, where's their staff? Why they not be punctual on time? How they manage the sistem properly? Please j&t, your service very poor day by day. Please improve your service

Dispatcher also nice person with patients helping me out even sender typo and causes pacel delivered to neighbors house!!! ??? โ โ โ โ โ So J&T this is your service isn't? This is how you do delivery to your customers? Learn basic delivery ethics and sop and then do your job correctly. Your delivery guy eager to know what is inside my parcel or what? Your delivery guy put in front of my house just like that, the packaging was opened. It opened upside down. What do I think by this? Not even call my name/ring bell outside my house and not even a phone call to inform. I was in my house at the time. Absolutely Nothing and it still showing parcel out for delivery in Shoppee. J&T Tandop improve your service and delivery guy.
