★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J&T ni makin byk cawangan, makin slow pulak. Awal² dulu bukan main laju punye servis, 24h dah sampai. Dari J&T Gong Badak terus hantar ke rmh. Sekarang ni kena hantar ke Kubang Jela la, pastu asal sampai kat Teluk Menara je mesti peram berhari². Kalau yer pun x cukup staf cuba la cari jln penyelesaian secepatnya, jangan sampai org boikot terus J&T ni. Duk peram brg org berhari², kalau makanan mau berkulat dulu kt situ, kalau pokok bunga hidup tak pasal² mati pokok bunga kt situ. PLEASE la jangan peram barang org lama².
The bigger the J&T branch, the slower it gets. In the beginning, I didn't play fast with service, 24 hours have arrived. From J&T Gong Badak directly send to rmh. Now it has to be sent to Kubang Jela, it must have arrived at Teluk Menara for days. If you have enough staff to try to find a solution as soon as possible, don't let people continue to boycott J&T.
