โ โ โ โ โ The status suddenly updated to 'delivered' at 11.18pm last night but I didn't get any parcel at that time,plus the dispatcher never contact me when doing the delivery,and they just simply capture a photo of the parcel and upload to shopee as a proof of delivery. Did you just throw my parcel outside of my office and just run away?

โ โ โ โ โ Are you kidding me? My parcel stuck for about a week. Suddenly got delivered with fake delivered prove. How did i know it is fake? Got watermark at the picture. Pergi ke kedai beli cincau, ahhh sambung la sendiri. This is second time. Last time parcel terus lost, i did not complain anything since it worth less than 50 tinggit. This is big mistake i should file complaint back then.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad service! Totally cannot be use and not able to trust at all! My parcel until today (from 22 Feb 2021 - 9 March 2021). Still not yet deliver to my customer. At 1st, they said parcel lost, but the parcel status is delivered. I only realize my customer not yet get the parcel when he contacted me on 1st March 2021. I try ask them arrange delivery with my customer and try call him. They said will call, but until today my customer did not receive any call from JnT. The office phone call 04-4026060 never got people answer the call. Complaint to HQ, they said will ask the branch supervisor contact my customer, but still no action at all.. I have make this compliant to MCMC Malaysia. I hope they will take the action as soon as possible to this so bad service branch provider.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor service.. Parcel stuck for more than 3weeks. System update with unreasonable or acceptable excuses.. 2times try to being reasonable & ask them to search the parcel. They only respond, "Cannot self collect" without in polite manner with customer. After lodge report to J&T, suddenly received call after 2days that they already found the parcel. Service so sucks!!!
