★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What is going on with J&T lately? Why all your customer care unreachable??? As mentioned there is live chat 24/7 that would be able to assist us but the live chat auto ended when it is almost my turn and the careline always dropped after waiting for 5 minutes and the email support bounce back. If you guys are unable to deliver my item, just let me know and I will self collect !! And the status is on hold due to out of office/business hour?!? DID YOU EVEN TRY TO DELIVER MY ITEM?!? Is very frustrating as I am unable to contact your customer care !!! PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ASAP !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont even want to rate 1 star for their service. Because they have not been of service to me at all. I posted out my package on 2 March and it has been stuck and on hold at this Subang Jaya warehouse until today, which has been 20 DAYS with status Out of Delivery hours/Bad weather. My friend in Subang helped me visit the warehouse to check and the staff said will check the cctv to know the package whereabouts but no update since she left, which is 2 weeks ago. Got another staff number to contact through WhatsApp, and she said the same thing about cctv and no update since then too. of course no response on my online complaints as well. I'm really frustrated because it's a really important and urgent package that needs to be received ASAP but I don't know what else to do. Totally never sending anything using J&T ever again. My worst experience ever.
