β β β β β Very poor service. So many times my parcel stuck here without reason. Call no answer at all. Very bad service of courier. So many people complained on the same issue. Delayed n rude manner of delivery staff. Shame of u!

β β β β β I failed to post my smokey beef today.. last time there was no problem. But today, they refused to courier it. I dont know what is the problem with 'daging salai'. I am ok if they let me know earlier since they already asked me what is it. I mentioned it was daging salai. They said they not guaranteed if they will broken. Fine. I said. I am ok with that. Since i had courier it several time and there was no problem at all. But after spent almost half an hour filling the form, when comes to pay, the counter girl said sorry. We cannot accept it. Omg .i just wasted my time there. Why dont you told me earlier??? One of them already said its ok. So, i was frustrated with the double standard service there. Luckily, Gdex accept it and hopefully Gdex will grow more re efficient than j&t. Thank you.

β β β β β Very poor service. The delivery guy signed my parcel and left my parcel on the mailbox WITHOUT letting me know. It rained heavily today. My parcel were soaking wet. What if someone steal the parcel when you left it on the mailbox. Please call next time. We put contact number on the shipping bill for a reason, you inconsiderate human!
