โ โ โ โ โ So, my item reached this warehouse on 26th this month (2 days ago), there is still no progress on my delivery till now. The tracking app says that my item is on hold because of uncontrollable situation. I tried contacting whoever I could (Call and WhatsApp). But no one seem to reply or answer my calls. I have no idea what happened to my item. Hope someone who sees this can help me with it.

โ โ โ โ โ This warehouse not allow customer self collect parcel. Their workers not responsible customer parcel! My parcel has been at here 2 days ago. Not yet sent to any CDC. Call and message no reply. Not recommened you use J&T courier services. Kindly use other courier services. You will regret once you use their services. Terrible service. Also their worker will steal customer parcel. Especially laptop and smartphone! Please be aware!!!!! One of their customer!
