 Service is very slow. Next time put in ENCR that you need a copy. Tired of other people to go to another BLOCK Just to make a copy. This is a 0.5 sen sheet. passport but you said you can't have a blue ic. tired weii ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau tutup awal up tutup awal jangan up still open orang lain pon ada kerja still rushing ingtkan sempat ,sampai2 pintu dah tutup, tulis 4:30 tutup tapi 3:30 pintu dah kunci how is this still happening I’m very frustrated with the management here please update anything that you should update don’t just saying Ouh ini yang lama yang baru dah tampal kat bawah tapi tiada pon bila cari ??♀️
If you close early up close early do not up still open other people pound there is work still rushing remind remember, until 2 doors are closed, write 4:30 closed but 3:30 door locked how is this still happening I'm very frustrated with the management here please update anything that you should update don't just say

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called their customer service today and the lady there really helped me with everything about the marriage application process. I hope that many are like her.
However, JAIJ should look into the ketua kampung of Kampung Lima, within Johor District as he rudely informed us that we are not from his mukim even though we checked that he was then telling us to just go home while we had an ustaz accompany us that even the ustaz was shocked. He even had the audacity to be discourteous towards my daughter.
We had a better experience with the penghulu that the JAIJ recommended us to go to. Thank you!
