★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lost my brother in this COVID situation and residing in Singapore and I ever know the process and SOP of Malaysia to come back for funeral, almost 2 hrs more called this place to request help… All I could said, the worst immigration I ever saw… I can’t go back to see my brother…! This place not even worth for 1 star. Simply waste time to seek their help.

For anyone Who are Planning to make Passport Online. Please DON'T DO ONLINE, It's Worst than a snail. I have heard people waiting almost 1 month still no reply from the Passport Dept. Just walk into UTC, Waste 4hr Queuing and then end of the day you can get your passport. The Online Thing is a Waste of Time. We live in an internet age still have to wait 2-4 weeks minimum or even longer to get passport.
