 The service staff are good and fast. Speak because too. I do not understand which one the staff will tell until they understand. Very impressed ❤❤❤❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly and efficient officers. We went on a Friday and it was quiet so the whole process was smooth and fast. Called twice before going and both times my calls were answered in a friendly manner. Please be reminded that on Friday they have a break from 12:15-14:45pm. And please be there before 4pm. Collection of new passport is normally 1 hour. And also please be reminded that they only take card payment, no cash. Overall an excellent experience with great customer service :)
