★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call dah la susah nak angkat. Dah setahun progress tak bergerak-gerak. Lagi lah PKP. Mahu 3 tahun baru settle gamaknya. Lambat betul.
It's hard to pick up the call. For a year, progress has not moved. Again, PKP. Want 3 new years to settle the lizard. Really slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiada efisyen.. Lambat.. Spt org mengantuk buat kerja.. Borang dh summit pun dia bole kata tak terima.. Patut letak ketua jabatan yg baru dan tegas.. Pantau kerja staff.. Mungkin perlu tukarkan ke lain jabatan bagi staff yg kerja sambil lewa.. X hiraukan org awam yg perlu khidmat pantas dan cekap.
Inefficient .. Slow .. Spt org sleepy .. Even dh summit form he just said no .. Placed new and strict department chair .. Monitor staff work .. Maybe need to switch to another department for staff on the air .. X cares for the public who needs fast and efficient service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Susah betul nak angkat telefon office ni. Submit form P bulan 7, kata bulan 1 call. Bila follow up x call2 balik pon. Call x angkat and line busy? Dah bulan 3 skrg. Nak tanya bila due kena pergi pejabat kot tanya depan2.
Updated Sept'20: Kena whatsapp nombor fax untuk pertanyaan.
It's really hard to pick up this office phone. Submit form P month 7, word month 1 call. When follow up x call2 return pounds. Call x lift and line busy? It's been 3 months now. Want to ask when due to have to go to the office coat ask next2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most laid back govt dept. Keep on postponing on surat perintah. Siapa yang nak kerja senang bolehla apply sini. Datang kerja hanya utk paycheck and pencen. Tahu2 boleh naik pangkat jadi pengarah. Senang jadi pegawai sini. Tak payah kelulusan STEM pun. Belajar tak payah susah2 kerja pun senang. Gitu
The most laid back govt dept. Keep on postponing on orders. Whoever wants to work easily can apply here. Come to work only for paycheck and pension. Tahu2 can be promoted to director. It's nice to be an officer here. No need for a STEM degree. Studying doesn't have to be hard, it's fun to work. Gitu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to level 3(pusaka kecil), the staff named Maria there was horribly rude. Not to me alone but to every other people there except of her own race.
When we asked 1 question, she kept giving this annoyed face as if we are bugging her life.
Sorry to say, very unprofessional and looks like she needs a better training to handle visitors in the well known office there.
Really shameful to have our people working here and behaving poorly like this. This is the review from me.
