β β β β β Staf semuanya bagus n mesra tapi yg buat saya kecewa ialah niat saya dtg jabatan laut hari nie nak renew seaman card tp dimaklumkan mesin rosak.. Bila saya tanya bila blh buat staf jabatan laut bg tau mesin tu dah rosak sebln lebih n tarak apa2 tindakan dr pihak atasan. Mcm maner benda yg penting camtu blh dibiarkan tanpa apa2 tindakan.. Pegawai yg dok ada tu mkn gj buta ker.. Staf anda dah bg tau patutnya benda cam nie tak blh dibiarkan.. Apa perasaan kami pelaut yg dtg nak renew tak blh.. bknnya kami duduk seblh jabatan laut.. Kalau duduk dekat takpe la..Seaman card pun salahsatu doc yg kami perlu utk kerja... Kalau mesin br rosak ok la jugak nie dah sebln lebih tarak apa2 tindakan.. Jabatan laut tlg buat sesuatu jgn sampai org ckp anda mkn gaji buta.. Minta maaf kalau kata2 saya buat anda terasa..
The staff were all friendly but what frustrated me was my intention in the navy today to renew the seaman card but the machine was damaged .. When I asked if the navy staff could not know that the machine was damaged before more action was taken higher-ups. Mcm maner important stuff can not be left without any action .. The docker there is not blind man .. Your staff do not know what cam nie thing should not be allowed .. How do we feel sailors need to renew not that we sit in the navy .. If we sit close to the deck..Some card is one of the docs we need to work on ... If the machine is broken ok then it is better to do anything .. The navy can do something till your ckp pay a blind salary .. I'm sorry if my words made you feel ..
