Some of them even so rude like they have authority/ power against “rakyat marhaen”. Please change the behaviour and working politely!!!!! Do work faster also!!!! So lazy!!!

A	Alex Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for replace IC & change address (need utility bill of new add, photocopy or original to give them to safekeep, no need own bill, family member name's bill also OK). Supposed open at 8am but delay to 8.30am. Due to covid walk in need manual recorded check in, for appt online then no need. As I am the first 2 in que so done everything in 30mins. Staff is very friendly & polite. Kudos to Ms Noraini (served me) for her gentle & friendly. Thank very much for giving me good experience.
