★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're a bit too happy and want to be put down a little this is the place to go. Came on an uncrowded morning to renew my road tax. Simple matter right? Wrong. Cause I decided not to use cash. Went to the kiosk first, after several attempts I gave as it couldn't read my IC. Got a number and was quickly called to counter 1. Got attended to by a woman who was less friendly than an agitated pit viper. Tried to renew my roadtax. Apparently I'm the only fool in that place who didn't know you could tap and pay.. and the so so nice lady after a big sigh tells me that jpj is not like other government departments... you can't tap or wave and pay... although the machine tells you to.
So I switched cards and after 3 attempts with it failing she finally looks up and and asks if I was trying to use amex... after a death stare she tells me that only 1 counter can actually use amex and calls the guy to deal with me...
He was actually pleasant. Smiled when he saw me. Dealt with it quickly and I was out of there in 2 minutes. Also told him his kiosk wasn't working and said will get technicians to look into it. Nice guy.
First woman.. rather be poked with hot iron rods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please update your operation time. In google 8.00 a.m but in real office its open at 8.30 a.m. not friendly at all when pickup the phone from customer. With Old folks not friendly.

I didn't know I have to make appointment via their website, but the staff was so good, she allowed me to go in because I was early and those have appointments were not turned up yet. The staff attended to me was so helpful and friendly, the process was so smooth and done within 10 minutes.

Cons: Not enough parking spots. We had to park outside and walk inside.
