★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are being told that our approval plan is pending signature SINCE 2 month, BUT when they have to sign a receipt to acknowldege that they have received the money, they can sign within a day!?!
It's really a smack in the face that there slogan is "BERKHIDMAT UNTUK NEGARA" when in fact they don't care for a minute to work more efficiently!
Someone should implement a KPI = MUST REPLY WITHIN 14 WORKING DAYS UPON SUBMISSION IN WRITING, if rejected must provide a proper reason with justification and improvement suggestion plus appointment for support on the matter.
Otherwise they will continue to just work 20-30minutes a day.
