★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleared my car loan and went to JPJ to chop the vehicle grant. Walk straight into Block B and look for customer service. Everything settle within 10minutes! Take note of their lunch hour as they only reopen at 2pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad. Friday 29April2022, all counter closed at 3.00pm except summons payment.A JPJ lady personnel only allowing summons payers inside at the main gate. Waste of time and money travelled from Nibong Tebal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I actually read reviews mentioning long que. Not sure which counter was it for. But mine just took que time 10min and rest 30min for the staff to prepare my international driving licence. I reach parking 8am and settle all the business within 40min. Left JPJ by 8.40am. For me it was quite efficient. License related office was at Level 1 at the block just after main gate entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For renewal licence, the system of managing the crowns is ok.
However , if you are to renew your road tax, you will need to wait outside and the queue is not systematic, security did not check the queue and every one is rushing into the office without follow the sequence. There is no crown control and proper social distancing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to get interviewed by an officer after I failed my colourblind test for my computer test. I got a pretty nice and friendly officer although some people said theirs were rude and impatient ?. Overall, the place is alright.
