Two days ago, I kept calling to make an appointment, but the phone could not be connected or answered. There is no way to come here today, but as soon as I went in, I was asked if I had an appointment. I was told that I made several phone calls, but I didn't answer the phone. I showed the call records, and indeed I made several calls. The counter is directly not bird, and then said that without an appointment, just not look at it. The problem is that I made several calls, brother? ? ? Sure enough, it was a government agency.

โ โ โ โ โ Dari PKP pertama sy selalu di reject bila call untuk jumpa vet di pejabat AG. 3 kali call attempt utk dapatkan rawatan buat kucing Sy tapi kena tolak atas alasan merawat wabak lembu.
Harini sy cuba walk in dan Alhamdulillah dipermudahkan, ditemukan dgn seorang pegawai En. M Khairul yg sopan dan beretika merawat kucing Sy yg terkena jjangkitan fungus. 4 Bintang sbb sy agak jengkel dgn seorang pegawai wanita yg meninggikan suara suruh sy ubah parking. Padahal anak sy 2 thn dgn nenek yg umor 85 ada dlm kete tu. sy nak turun tanya dulu kot kena reject lg skali kena sound pulak. Apa pun Terima kasih en khairul
From the first PKP, sy was always rejected when he called to see a vet at the AG's office. 3 call attempts to get treatment for Sy's cat but had to be rejected on the grounds of treating a cow epidemic.
Today I tried to walk in and Alhamdulillah it was made easier, I was found with an officer En. M Khairul who is polite and ethical in treating Sy's cat who is infected with a fungus. 4 Bintang said I was a little annoyed with a female officer who raised her voice and told me to change the parking lot. Even though my 2 -year -old son and his 85 -year -old grandmother are in the car. I want to go down and ask first if I have to reject and then I have to sound again. Whatever Thank you en khairul
