Residents shld chip in wateva u cn / @ least kp ur accts pd up to date rather thn gvng complaints & being less supportive. If ur nt interested to b in d community thn btr kp ur mouth shut. Tq.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surrounded by trees, very cool and this place need repainting and repair at few area to make it new and relevant, swimming pool ok, widest common area . Another good thing is very near to schools however quite secluded and boring area for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrance a little run down - environment and surroundings could be better if upgrading work is done over the years - the properties look pretty old to me now. Staffs in management office are very friendly and helpful - although the existing administration and system seemed to be messy. Change of ownerships and companies over the years and poorly managed. Quite a pity as the location is quiet and peaceful with fresh air and low density - one definitely needs a car to live here.
