โ โ โ โ โ Such a rude guards, treat me like criminal when visit my auntie. For new complecs it already look not good with bad attitude from security. Auntie says they are always rude and not happy but office do not listen her.

โ โ โ โ โ Do not move here. The management and the security keep changing the rules. They speak English when they want to speak to you but pretend not to when you have anything to say or ask. You cannot watch TV without two security guards coming to your apartment and now you cannot even have food delivered here. Apparently it's a new management ruling. It is like a prison. DO NOT MOVE HERE

โ โ โ โ โ Nice condo, quiet and well maintained. Security is strict which is good. Facilities outside the complex still somewhat limited but shopping area under construction and bearing completion. In the meantime there is 99 Speedmart, 7-11 and a few restaurants nearby plus restaurant at the Jade Hill club that serves nice food for a decent club price.
