★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite crowded - went there during Nuzul Quran break 10pm (closing 11:30pm) after little shopping at Lalaport and Midvalley Megamall.
A variety of choices of Baju Melayu and Baju Kurung labelled with some popular (mostly same year in year out) artists. You know what I mean - Aaron Aziz, Nabil, and the like. For me though, Baju Melayu is Baju Melayu. There's only that much you can change the design of.
Price-wise, not really on the cheaper side. I felt that some prices were inflated, then reduced by means of discount. Sleek disguise / strategy.
Ended up buying nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9 days before Raya usually is the most busiest day for Jakel but the staffs there are helpful. Crowded with people but we like the moments since this is the first year we are really celebrating hari raya without movement control order.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there 1st time but greeted with smiles. Didnt take long to get served. Didnt know much how many escalators they have, but each floor has one. Much2 better compared to its branch in shah alam. The parking is very convenient despite sharing with other businesses. I wonder how packed this place is during raya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too many people during Eid season. Their staff were not helpful at all, asked for a size of baju melayu but they ignored, some asked us to find it ourselves. Their baju melayu is not that cheap, with this kind of service better find it at other boutique.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was good, there are too many assistants that sometimes it becomes a bit suffocated and irritative because always being followed eventhough after we told them we just want to browse around. They will follow you like your own shadow. Price was good, reasonable. Goods sold was good and variety. Always have discount and sale. Very nice materials. Various type of materials could be found here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know if you go to any outlets of Jakel, they train their staff well. Very polite, they don't hard sell, and they are helpful enough.
Was looking through for a decent kain to make my baju akad, and we had Kak Ju to assist us throughout the entire time. She was super helpful and very knowledgeable to know which type of kain could make you look pretty while you walk down the aisle. Whether it's flowy enough, or would it melekat to your body, etc.
Kak Ju's been very helpful overall and my mom loves her. So find Kak Ju.
Jakel has plenty of options and the price can range from "okay murah" to "wow it costs that much?", depending on the type of material you're looking for. Like I said, they don't hard sell. So if you're on a budget then you can let them know and they'll assist you based on your budget. Kain is definitely of quality.
