★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little 2-storey wet and dry market that caters to the auntie-auntie uncle-uncle in the area. Dry area has foodstalls selling local breakfast, kuih and a few stalls selling sundries and clothes and accessories. You can't find certain vegetables or meats in the wet area on certain days but it's no big deal. But price-wise, some sellers are overcharging compared to other places.
At the entrance you can find more stalls selling pancake, soya bean and taufu, roast duck, (pau) dumpling and eu char okay (popular).
Upstairs is a food court opened only a few years ago but it's still quite slow.
Things slow down by 11.30 and after noon everything on the ground floor is closed.
However, from 6pm onwards it's a hawker paradise outside one of the streets because of 3 coffee shops. Good idea to bookmark this location.
+ Bright and airy
+ Good for buying stuff and then having breakfast
+ Pretty tasty food
+ You can park anywhere around the market. There are many entrances
- Can't find certain vegetables or meats sometimes
- Prices are not regulated. Some are higher
- As usual, there are idiots who prefer to double park along the main road and disappear for more than an hour. Don't be an idiot, park your car properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place for food during evening time. Tons of different local food and you may found some are extra delicious. Better to have a local to bring you if it's your first visit so they know what to recommend. I've been in this area for more than 5 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Variety of food selection at reasonable price, however, I mean HOWEVER, most of the hawker are foreign worker, so don't put too much expectation on the hygiene level of food and environment over here. Most of them serve your food in low quality plastic-made plates/bowl, which I myself don't really prefer. Its usually very crowded around 6pm onwards and until 9pm.
