★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a fan of JJJ. I've been to the one located at One City several times. But this version of JJJ not well maintain, not organize and almost nothing to find for me. Is it just me or this place really needs an improvement? Totally not represent Japanese environment. I hope they change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfort place for thrift , clean place, large space and air-conditioning. Follow the SOP format by giving a card and timing.The price is quite pricy nowadays compare to previous years (Klang Valley /Selangor outlet), but the brand & quality is there. Suitable with the price. Well finally JJJ at Johor so yah can come again another time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard JJJ format but the pricings are significantly higher than other locations, most notably in the shoes section. RM200 for a dirty Nike AF1? RM40 for a stained blank tee? Broken torn up pairs of shoes for RM30? Come on!
It's hard to consider this place as a thrift shop anymore.
Anything remotely good is locked behind the glass case with higher price tags, which makes the place less desirable to shop at. Might as well go to another thrift shops / bundles elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price are reasonable. Lots of worn out items especially baby products. So little men's shoes and clothing compare to women's. If you are a male looking for preloved cloths and shoes, maybe it's not the right place for you. I don't feel safe shopping here with my family since nobody cares about SOP and social distancing. Staff didn't seem to care at all besides acting arrogant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here from gelang patah. Wanted to buy toys for the kid. But they closed all the section just to arrange the stuff. Why not close isle by isle and arrange the toys by isle? So uneffective and inefficient. Asked some people and they said have been waiting from 10am? Hope the management please please revise. Dissapointed. Will not come here again
