Penambahbaikan perlu dari beberapa aspek
1. Telefonis 999 perlu lebih profesional menangani emosi klien
2. Pihak 999 dan bomba perlu sistem canggih untuk mengenalpasti lokasi pemanggil.
3. Respon Pihak bomba perlulah segera kurang dari 10min
Tindakan di lokasi sememangnya pantas dan terbaik. Semoga kegemilangan terus ditingkatkan

Improvements need to be made from several aspects
1. Phone 999 needs to be more professional in handling clients' emotions
2. Part 999 and firefighters need sophisticated systems to identify the location of the caller.
3. Response Firefighters should take less than 10min
Location action is always fast and best. May the glory continue to improve
