★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This popular Cendul in Bukit Mertajam by the roadside opposite St. Anne's Cathedral, is often packed with people who come regularly just for the authentic & traditional Cendul made by the Indian family. The Cendul there is really fantastic & original. The Santan or Coconut milk used us very fresh & tasty.
They also serve pasumbur & there is a stall nearby selling Asam Laksa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cendol is nice, portion is average @$2.50 per serving. Coconut milk is fragrant. Seatings are limited & can be really hot in a sunny day. Many trees along this road has been removed for the road expansion.
