★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天跟大家分享一家在麻坡驰名的亚参鱼餐馆就是"鸿运亚参鱼"就位于麻坡对面港工业区。这间老字号亚参鱼的Asam水特酸,喝了就开胃!
这里的鱼类众多,适合煮亚参鱼有大家熟悉的红枣鱼, 魔鬼鱼和鱼头等等。。苏东炒Sambal也特别好吃, 特制辣椒简直吃了一碟还想再接一碟。还有一种龙舌鱼可特别咯。。一边薄一边厚煎起来鱼肉特甜也特别爽口,还有这里的"乌答"也有它一番风味。
再下来就是这里的清炒"豆芽"咬劲爽口, 最后一道就是"炸蛋"加上老抽。哗!味道有你意想不到。。不错哦!
