★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I may not be able to share much the delish of patin cause i do not eat them but the daging salai and ayam goreng kampung was pretty good. According to team mates, the pais patin and patin tempoyak were delished. The tempoyak sambal is nice.
Here any additional drink and rice apart from give are FOC. The restaurant is always full so come not at peak hours. Recommended for patin lovers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our third time here since 2019. The location is ok depends on the peak hours. Parking lots are ample however you may need some time to find it due to the restaurant located at a shop lot. During peak hours, you may need to queue up around 10-20 minutes depends on the crowd. The staffs is very helpful plus they also hired RELA to assist at the customer waiting area. Order was easy for us, we ordered tempoyak patin bakar and ayam kampung goreng. A must try dishes. The patin bakar will cost u around rm50-60 for a 800g-1000g patin fish. Overall, the taste was great but me and my family like it to be spicier. Will come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By looking at other review that here is famous of ikan patin tempoyak and decided to try it. Price is slightly on the high side considered by the current seafood market price.
When it is served to us, the fish is wrapped in a zinc foil paper to keep it warm. The two burning material at both sides are meant to keep it warm which i appreciate the effort by doing so. It tasted quite fresh and the 'fats' content is still lacking abit (personal taste ?). On the other hand the tempoyak sauce is calmly spicy and the durian taste is not too strong to cover the seafood fresh taste and able to taste it in their kuah.
Overall is quite recommended to visit and give it a try. The only feedback that i would give is if it can be more hot / steamy that will enhance the freshness of the dish and more fragrance when served.

Great taste
But when i went there no option of food ( masakan panas)
Tiny disappointed.
Need patient (not little) for waiting
1. Their waiters
2. Clear/ clean the table
3. Order
4. Get the foods
Enough facility (toilet/prayer room) .good job
Pricey for certain food.

The fish was not smelly at all. The tempoyak taste was superb. But the waiting time is quite long. Had to wait around 45 minutes before the food was served to us. But i can understand since the queue was long as we came during PH. But it was worth the wait!
Definitely would come here again when we visit Kuantan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came on a Monday evening at around 8pm. Not too much crowd. Service was fast and food was tasty. Had daging lemak salai set, coconut shake, 3 layer bandung drink. Overall good experience however staff were not very attentive and didn't seem friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was fast and food was good. Ordered the speciality, the ikan patin tempoyak, usually is 800g, RM6.5/100g. Taste was very unique and delicious, if you can handle fermented foods. Daging salai is creamy and spicy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the food very delicious, the place is comfy with retro look. Price also reasonable with big portion, so if u have 6 family member including children, just order 4 set is enough. Better book before come, just search for phone number. Lot of people come here.
