The guide (map/transport/description) of most tourist attraction are detailed and the guides are professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I wanted to plan a very extensive trip to Japan; with 5 weeks stay it was longer, more extensive and certainly more expensive than the vast majority of other travelers. The focus was on making it convenient, with quality hotels and services where value and convenience was more important than money.
JTB in Penang came through with flying colors. The senior assistant, Ms. Shing, must have spent countless hours to make a superbly thorough itinerary that outlined even details of train changes for individual sightseeing trips to a castle or temple. And while we were there, any email or WhatsApp I sent for assistance was answered almost in real time.
The JTB office in Penang, coupled with many JTB offices in Japan itself, certainly can make any visit to that marvelous country one that will be remembered fondly.

One traveller in my group had last minute travel curtailment and could not travel. We already purchased JR pass, but after my return, I was able to return the unused exchange voucher for 90% of its value. Since all transactions were ringgit based, there was no exchange loss.
Other entrance tickets I purchased online in foreign currency were refunded but due to credit card exchange differentials between buy/sell, even if you get a full refund, the credit card company makes both ways from your transaction!
I strongly recommend purchasing though this company for ease of handling and hassle free refunds per contractual terms.
