โ โ โ โ โ Worst place ever . Rudest staff . So irritating seeing them shouting at customers . They not even handling customers correctly . If we ask questions will Start to show face . Not even respecting old people ? . Don't ever go to this place .

โ โ โ โ โ Too bad service...As a customer, we might take time to buy the best accessories in the shop but the service girls are always keep on rushing us to finish searching soon...they are not able to treat every customers well... materials are good but the service is very poor...

โ โ โ โ โ Totally overrated and please don't fall for all statement you see in Instagram.. totally irresponsible and worst customer service...gave my engagement blouse a month before the collection time...even when I been asking them about coming and collecting the blouse on the fixed date, they never inform anything and at least minute says that hasn't stitch.. they don't take responsibility on the delay nor take initiative to inform that there will be delay...regretting that i gave my blouse there..

โ โ โ โ โ Poor communication between tailor and seller which turn out to be a different design which was very far from what i request for earlier. After a long discussion then they come out with the design I requested for. Anyhow the saree blouse turn out well, statisfy and meet my design.

โ โ โ โ โ My friend gave her blouse ONE year ago and I was there when she gave the design for stitching (was quoted RM 75 including the patch work) too. Spent 2 days to select the patches from their shop. Then closed due to COVID19 and when they reopen, her brother went to collect the blouse with the original bill. The lady owner mentioned it is RM110 and not RM75. They claim that they didn't realize that the blouse needed patch work.
And guess what, saree blouse came in 3 separate pieces - blouse, the string, tassel. All theses are not stiched together.
The lady gave the option to pay RM75 or RM110. So when the brother informed that he will pay RM75, she very unhappy. She pushed things away and asked another person to settle the payment.
First, I don't even want to give one star. But, no choice.
Second, even when you quote wrongly, own your mistake. Deal with it internally. Dont impose things on your clients.
Third, prioritise your client's needs. Without them, you don't exist.
Hope you take this criticism constructively and looking forward for improvement.
