★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to share our experience with this company, which was really very disappointing. We came across an online ad on this company and decided to book their cleaning services for our apartment in JB. The appointment was confirmed by the company’s representative, via WhatsApp. On the day of the appointment, we had even sent a reminder to the representative about 4 hours prior to the agreed time. We then travelled from Singapore to Malaysia and arrived at our apartment 15 minutes before the appointment. No one from the JB CLEANER show up. We called the representative and she answered our first call with the assurance that she would check and revert. We waited in vain for the next 30 minutes. The representative refused to answer our follow up telephone calls to her mobile number and did not reply to our messages. About an hour later, one random guy texted us and informed that he had contracted covid, and needed to cancel the job. They then started explaining the person in-charge was down with covid the day before and their entire team of cleaners had to stop working blah blah blah… all the silly excuses!
