1) ID lack of knowledge
Eg : product , material
2) Kampung Quality Quotation
Eg : ID won’t give specific amount on renovation, she will give u a lump sum . Will ask to keep adding amount but when ask specifically , ID can’t give exact answer .
3) 3D Grafic Design
Eg : if u are in business with her , push her to give u a 3D grafic design or else u won’t get any .
4) Workshop
Eg : she claim to have a workshop but instead she doesn’t even have one .
5) Worker
Eg : claim to have her OWN WORKER BUT actually she will hire ordinary contractor to do ur space .
6) Time
Eg : she will keep dragging time and will give unspecified reason .
NOT RECOMMENDED ! 100% super duper expensive . U have to keep adding but actually profit goes to her own pocket .
** I’m lucky to have just spend a small amount . Plz don’t go for her !
