给了机会不改玩pattern. 今天特地打电话才去的。她竟然说放在花瓶叫我自己去拿。拿了我的电话号码，也约了大概几点，从头到尾3天都没联络我。我要自己打多多次follow up. 每次有问题都不想说 终于忍不住打给他们 结果搞了3天除了不承认，食言，不出现。。。到最后refund RM5,叫我重新烘干。之前答应refund RM11 wash n dry! 说真的，不是钱的问题，而是给你机会要珍惜。 老娘那么多事做,烦洗衣就好了是不是？！而且只是见个面道歉有那么难吗？放在冰箱上面，要顾客自己爬上去拿？！他们才甘愿？给个破烂钱，连自己machine都不吃！我真的觉得发给你们在浪费时间而已，除了根本不改不道歉，还挑战顾客脾气的极限。

I took my phone number and made an appointment about a few times. I haven't contacted me for 3 days. I want to follow up many times by myself. Every time I have a problem, I don’t want to say it. I finally couldn’t help calling them. After 3 days, I didn’t admit it, broke my promise, and didn’t show up. . . At the end, refund RM5 and ask me to dry again. I promised to refund RM11 wash n dry before! Seriously, it's not a question of money, but a chance to cherish. My old lady does so many things, so it’s all right to worry about washing, right? ! And is it so difficult to just apologize in person? Put it on the refrigerator and ask customers to climb it up to get it? ! Are they willing? Give a mess of money and don't even eat your own machine! I really feel that sending it to you is just a waste of time. In addition to not changing the apology at all, it also challenges the limits of the customer's temper.
