★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 刚刚跟男朋友去洗脸 刚开始感觉很亲切 就去洗了 后来就有硬推销产品 直接把产品放好袋子给我 我就买了一支 因为觉得那个美容师蛮积极的 我觉得她们应该improve挤压的方法 她随便推推一下 3分钟就挤完了? 虽然是38块体验价 但是这样让我不会想要再来
 I just washed my face with my boyfriend. At first I felt very kind and I went to wash it. Then I sold the product hard and put it in the bag directly. I bought one because I think the beautician is very positive. I think they should improve it The way she pushed it for 3 minutes, she squeezed it out ? Although it is 38 experience price, it makes me not want to come again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope every one who wants the FB promo sees this. I saw cheap services in FB promo so I went. When I went there they kept pushing me to use their service. The promo was less than RM50 but the service the promoter pushed me to take was thousands of Ringgit. I kept saying no I just want the FB promo but person went on and on. I said NO more than 20 times then I lost count. I just wanted to get my treatment and be out of there.
Lastly I said yes just so that the promoter will leave me alone. I ended up paying more than RM100 for whatever treatment she told me. Mind you I told her many times that I do not have money but she still insist.
I'll say that the treatment and the lady who did the treatment were nice. But really not worth the treatment if you are constantly pushed to spend much more money. I'd rate it 0 stars if I could. Forced consent is not consent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the price is extremely not reasonable, I went there for a 1st time simple facial treatment and it costed RM550. After the treatment is done, they offered me the same treatment at only RM189 (same treatment with package) which I realised I spent RM550 for a treatment which only worth RM180 ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever...pls dont go. Its like a scam. In the middle of the treatment they asked me to make the payment n yah more than what they said. N forcing people to take their treatment package which is not worth. N just after few hours i experienced unusual hair fall. Seriously not worth for money. N first i was amazed with their customer service but then i realised that was a scam too. Pls dont believe on their promos. N dont ever give your personal details or sign in any document. Disappointed?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pushy on selling packages worth $$$$. Many of them kept approaching to do a hard sell. Tried to charge me for a service I did not utilise. Irrelevant ‘consultation’ that was focused on selling rather than giving worthwhile information. Not comfortable that the person assigned to me was having a cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my sister tried their scalp treatment promotion from IG (68 rm). The overall experience pretty good. Yes indeed they offered some additional top up service on top of the promotions but after we declined they never really push and let us enjoy the promotional service.
I like the scalp treatment, it gave the cool sensations when they apply to your scalp. They also gave a brief gentle massage while apply the cream.
I think after a very bad review they learnt from their mistake and not so pushy. And hopefully continue to do so. Coz after all when a customer is happy (like me) they will recommend and share it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entire facial process was pretty good. However, I would not want to go again . In the middle of facial they start promoting their products which costs $$$ . It was all good as i rejected and they continued with the facial. After the facial, I was sitted in a room where they said I had to sign something. Then they start promoting their products . I told her politely that I don’t want to buy it as it was expensive but she kept on going and was trying so hard to persuade me to buy. I know it is not easy for them as well as they are just working but this isn’t right. You’re giving too much pressure to your customers. As a customer, I felt like I was forced to purchase their products because of how they kept promoting it. Overall staffs are friendly, service was decent but never going back again because it stresses me out???
