β β β β β Staff are all friendly, service comfortable and get treated nicely, been visiting and coming back few times. Never get disappointed. Good choice of having any hair cut, treatments and other services, reasonable price and will keep continue visiting and support them.

β β β β β I used to go there for my hair cut and keratin treatment in Puchong branch but stopped going anymore. I have booked my appointment as usual, upon arrival I was greeted and sat down but this round I have to wait for 20mins. I noticed beside my hairdresser, others were free but they would rather spend time chatting among themselves including store manager and let me wait as I'm not their customer. Such system doesn't suit me as I have better experience in other place where I see good synergy amongst the stylist in the same salon.

β β β β β My go-to for quick and easy haircuts. Experienced people, reasonable prices, and the haircut includes a wash before and after. They follow all the SOPs, very hygienic, and cashless payment via ewallet is accepted. Better to make an appointment beforehand, though.

β β β β β Came here for hair perming and hair treatment with Suwei. She was very honest on her assessment of my hair type, and what we can achieve with my face shape. We came to a decision together and she was very informative in her education on the maintenance of my perm and how to keep it hydrated. The treatment was also very pleasant with finger tips massages, instead of finger nails, which has helped to keep my scalp unblemished and relaxed.

Unlike some hair salons that are more focus on selling hair products, the hair stylist who worked for me was more focused on my hair condition and cut it to my ideal hairstyle. Since this is my first time to this place, I just hired the most basic hair stylist, aka senior designer (unfortunately, I forgot to ask his name, should be Vincent). I didn't actually expecting much, but his styling skills ended up surprising me with a satisfying hairstyle. Even the shampoo girl was very polite and gentle. The team really shows that they care for the customers. With this kind of service, I would say the price is definitely reasonable, highly recommended.
