★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a fancy noodles stall, but they have one of the best smoky taste Yong Taufu and fried stuffs that you will want to try.
Special tips: We like to eat the plain fried taufu with our homemade sauce: lime + soy sauce + garlic + hot pepper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quaint kampung-like kopitiam at the edge of Jelapang. Good variety of home-made stuffed vegetables and bean curd. Traditional pork balls and Yong tau foo are especially delicious. The Yong tau foo has the old style "smoky taste". Good value for money and portions are big. Quick and no-fuss service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I drop by Ipoh, would always try this before leaving. I'm only here for the tofus. The smoked flavor is really one of a kind. Don't think you can get this anywhere else. Rustic feel of kopitiam by the road, this is as authentic as Ipoh good food gets!
