★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagi pendapat saya, unit kecemasan jeli amatlah perlu dibaiki dari segi layanan dan rawatan..hal ni kerana saya agak terkilan dngn servis yang dberikan..4 kali saya datang bawa ank buah saya ke unit kecemasan jeli gara-gara sakit di dalam perut masih dipandang remeh oleh staff2, diminta untuk jalani pemeriksaan xray pun ditolak sdangakn anak buah saya mempunyai kes membuang limpa sbelum ni..so, bagi saya kes ni amatlah berbahaya untuk dia sbg anak kurang upaya..beliau hanya mampu menangis dan staff hanya memberikan ubat panadol..oleh itu, saya mngambil kputusan untuk membawa anak buah saya ke unit kecemasan tanah merah, dan alhamdulilah servis dan layanan oleh staff dan doktor unit kecemasan tanah merah sngatlah terbaik..terima kasih saya ucapkan..anak buah saya disegerakan untuk mmbuat rawatan yang sepatutnya..so di sini saya ingin memberitahu kpda pihak yang berkenaan untuk mngambil masalah ini dngn serious, ini kerana melibatkan nyawa seseorang..maafkan saya sekiranya ayat saya agak kurang sopan, tapi ini adalah feedback yang dpat saya kongsikan untuk semua..terima kasih..
In my opinion, emergency jelly unit needs to be improved in terms of services and treatment..however I am a little disappointed with the service provided..4 times I have brought my fruit to the emergency jelly unit due to stomach pain insulted by staff2, asked to undergo xray examination was rejected because my men had spleen cases before..so, for me this case was very dangerous for her as a disabled child..but she was only able to cry and the staff only gave panadol medicine. So, I take the decision to bring my men to the red land emergency unit, and thank you for the service and staff of the red land emergency staff and doctors. ..so here i would like to tell the relevant parties to take this matter seriously, this is because it involves someone's life .. please forgive me if my sentence is somewhat not polite, but this is the feedback that I give to everyone ... thank you ..

Staff who are friendly and easy to deal with..children have been warded here twice..thank you for the cooperation of staff and nurse ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ammenites with bad services. The waiting room at the green zone patient was equipped with air conditioner but the waiting time is too long, thus make is a good reason why their waiting room is so comfortable. They need to improve their services.
