★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a bit hard to find your spa. You should change or beautify your signage so your cuatomer can see it and find your spa with ease. The spa does has the ambience, but please switch on the light for any services that require bright light like manicure and pedicure. Your staffs do it in dim light and there is one point, I had to pull my hand away as she clipped my skin. No injuries but still, I felt the pain. The overall result for the manicure was really bad. The nail was clipped irregularly. I can see some shape but it can be improve, like need A LOT of improvement. Your staff also didnt use enough force for foot scrub. It only feels like foot massage, if you can call it. If your staff really doesn't have the energy, please use some tools that can help. Otherwise, what's the purpose of the foot scrub! Your staffs are very nice and polite, it's just their workmanship that needs to be improved.
