One of the best seafood in Batu Kawan..next to fishery, the restautant is on the jetty itself with boats parked opposite it..Food is delicious n cheap.. One chinese couple uncle n aunty selling satay ayam nearby, must try too,the best...

A nice place to have lunch or dinner here. We ordered Deep Fried Beancurd in Sweet & Sour sauce, Deep Fried Squid, Potatoes Leaves Sambal, Steamed Sour Lala (Clams) and fried noodles. The notable dishes are Sambal Potatoes Leaves, Deep Fried Squid, and Deep Fried Beancurd. Unfortunately, the noodles are averaged only, we tried their longevity noodle and glass (green beans) noodles. We got their chinese tea (Cha Wong) which is superb. Their dessert is fried ice-cream only. Great place to have seafood and enjoy food together with family.

Food is average. Price is ok. Honestly, nothing to shout about here. Price is ok, 8 for the vegetables, 10 for the tofu and 18 for the fried oyster which is just full of starch.

My first experience at tanbun seafood especially when I heard many great things about it. Since I was shopping at Batu kawan and decided to stop by. After driving through a narrow road which owns by monkeys...yes monkeys. The road can barely fit a small myvi. There were so many similar restaurants hidden the surrounding area. I don't know which to pick from, they all look the same. I decided to try Jetty seafood. Order four of the dishes the waitress recommended. All in all, they were decent but I can say now is that been there done that. A very unique experience. A bit of advice, don't bring satay to the parking lot. Monkeys camp there waiting for food.

Nice drive there from Penang Island...easy parking but RM2 paid. Inland river that leads to the sea. Had river front table. Food prices acceptable. Quality food. Short drive to Design Village for window shopping and bargain hunting for branded merchandise.
