★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a CNY hamper from a relative packed and sold by this company. Packing looks nice but the contents just suck! A little bit of this and that. The so call
New Moon Abalone Mushrooms is fake, the essence of chicken and white fungus rock sugar are of unknown brand and they labeled it Bird's nest. And worst of all, the JKDM custom label on the Gran Lomo Malbec red wine is fake! (You can easily check using the JKDM2U app.) Looks like a company that's capitalizes on festive season to sell nice looking but cheap hamper at high price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT PURCHASE hampers from this company. Order 2 items but only received 1item. Tried to call their HQ Tel & Customer service line since 11th FEB (receive date) neither no one pick up nor line buzy , email them but no response from their ends. They also very slow on their shipments without any updates or tracking no. Will never return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time purchasing from Jin Ye Ye and experienced the worst customer service:
- made order via Instagram as the website mentioned to reach out to the customer service for the hamper that I wanted. Payment request was raised via Instagram and invoice / receipt was not provided after payment (the customer service informed that another team will send me in a separate email but I’ve not received it after 2 weeks)
- no updates on next step, didn’t even ask me for the delivery address (I have to ask if i should provide ‘now’)..also, the customer service kept asking me for my name etc to verify payment (but I’ve sent a screenshot with all the relevant info!)
- on the date of delivery, delivery company contacted the recipients for address as they were told that the address provided was incomplete
- I have requested to indicate the recipients (I.e. daddy and mommy) as well as the sender. However, these were not reflected as agreed. They even wrote my name wrongly!
Overall, this is a very bad CNY hamper purchase experience (after 5 years) and I’m not gonna purchase from Jin Ye Ye anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT ORDER HAMPERS ONLINE FROM THIS SELLER. Would have given 0 star if I could.
Firstly, there is NO PROPER MANAGEMENT. The seller on Sh**ee mentioned that I have to separately order my items and insist that I have to cancel and repeat my order again, in which I had clearly done that already in the first place. While clarifying, the replies were super slow, and at odd hours, which resulted in me clarifying with the WA number PERSONALLY. So much inconvenience caused here already but we sorted out and I gave in.
Then when asked about the delivery date, there was no specific date/time frame given. It was an order that had to be urgently sent out before new year and they never take the initiative to update the customer. Why even handle so much orders when you can't handle well? Reason given was due to CNY+MCO.
Next thing you know, BOTH of my hampers that I ordered and paid for few days back were OUT OF STOCK, and they have the guts to ask if I want to replace with other hampers. (Before placing my order, it was clearly stated that the stock is available, I can't brain this, am I paying for something that wasn't even there in the first place?)
Tried calling the WA number and guess what, no answer.
Truly disappointed and speechless with such service with no sense.
Wasted my time with this shop.
Never coming back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got attracted by their nice hamper packaging The T&C guaranteed to deliver the items BEFORE 11/2 as long as the orders are made by 3/2. Disappointedly until today (11/2) the recipient still yet to receive the hamper. Order have been placed at end of January and data only submitted for shipping at 8 Feb?! Truly disappointed and definitely not a returning customer.
Received the hamper on 3rd day of CNY and the item inside the hamper dropped off and the wishing card is missing.

I used to work there and I gained a lot. We worked more than 20 hours a day and there is no OT but they do promise a bonus for us where the amount is not known.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought this hamper for my mother in 2018 CNY, the honey inside is expired at 02 Feb 18 while CNY is 26 Feb 18, luckily i check when i back home before my mum consume it.
Inbox their FB page just "Seen" without reply anything. Such dishonest company, don't buy anything from them anymore!!!
