★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lot of hidden costs. I made an appointment for hair color touch up, over the phone, the lady hairdresser told me it's RM99 + CNY surcharge of RM10, total RM109. But when I was there, she said my shoulder-length hair is "long hair", and she can't touch-up my hair color, but have to do full head color, therefore the charge is RM188. I saw her the promo at Fave website is RM98 for color, even I agreed to the "long hair charge" of RM68, the total should be RM176+10 CNY surchage.
I gave in and decided to use the Fave promo of RM15 haircut, she said it will be RM33 with ladies surcharge RM8 and CNY RM10.
she is all nonsense and wasted of my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this place. No one was trying to sell of the hair products. I have curly hair and wanted a straight cut. Jinsen the hair stylist advised the optimum length and what other styles suits me. Definitely going to be a loyal client. Pricing was reasonable too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service by the couple. Husband and wife running the salon and they were generous with their ideas and opinions. Got my hair coloured with them and I’m extremely satisfied with the final product. No hard selling of products at all. Friendly and engaging. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to cut hair managed by the husband and wife. Superb haircut place to visit and try out. Reasonably price place for students and adults. Currently requires booking, just call their phone. Space is extremely big and spacious. Hair cuts, hair color, scalp treatment and more are all offered here.
