the old lady selling vita health supplement at the corner is really annoying..she's the reason i never step into join pharmacy anymore
Im looking for some supplement that suits my current health problem and she somehow keep bring me to her vitahealth station and try to sell me things that is unrelated to my problem..
When i told her im looking for other stuff she keep forcing me to buy those supplement from vitahealth..
come on la
please have some ethic and be professional..
Not all customer u must gain some benefit for yourself

β β β β β I provided the medicine list from my doctor to the pharmacist, where he should sell me antibiotic for 7 days, but because they sell per package and each package only contains dosage for 5 days, he just provided me one package. I know I was wrong because I didnβt check the list properly, but he should remind me about the dosage and the instruction from the doctor is to take antibiotic for 7 days, so I will buy 2 packages instead of one. At last, I ended up with visiting the doctor again and need to take the different antibiotic for another week because I cannot fully recover, this is wasting my money as the bill is not cheap when visiting specialist.
I would say the pharmacists and shop keepers are all friendly but when dealing with medical instruction from the doctor, they should inform the customers properly

I need to highlight on what I have came across recently at Elite Jion Pharmacy which make me felt I must be extra alert and careful on checking the price on my purchased items !
Their system has problem and prone in triggering to different price or UOM .
This lead to error pricing which indirectly will cost/charge you extra !
Has happened to me x3 times ?which ( extra charged me 30%- 65% far away from my purchased price ) .
I hv to remind my family and friends to be alert and check their receipt when buying anything from Jion Pharmacy ????.
I believe this is my positive feedback for improvement purposes .
Hope that will not happen to other customers.
Staffs are friendly but must also counter check when keying in to avoid any error in charging .
