★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delighted and excited for being there. The food is great, I like the meatballs as it is soft and the sauce is savory. I ordered the Jiwa Signature, a signature juice and it is refreshing. I like the background with lines of heartbreaking and pickup lines, it is unique and different than many café. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crowded layout, so messy. Services time around 45 minutes. A lot of staff but not efficient.
The good part is they served meal direct to the table however we need to ask all beverages we ordered, not labeled.
Average cafe with average food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It tooks such a long time for the food to arrived. No restriction on the customer to follow sop . No improvement in terms of service. Not worth the hype at all. Better go to another nearby cafe. If i can give zero star at all, i definitely would. Newly open cafe excuses is no longer acceptable.

Greeted by friendly staff, varieties of food and beverages you can choose from. Seatings-wise, there are plenty of them. Nice cafe with white colour theme.
The meals were good, all and all are satisfied with it. Recommended for those wanting to bring their family and friends. Happy trying peeps!
Note: the price range is for five of us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New coffee place in town. So far too crowded with customers as it just opened and staff too occupied with works. Just that i think there is room for improvement in term of waiting flow and order. Hopefully they will implement more strict SOP as most of customer enter here i did not see they scan mysejahtera at all. Please cases are rising everyday and some of the staff also did not wear facemask
